FAQ’S

When should we book our Balloon Display?

It’s never too early to lock in your date if you want to ensure your date is available. This allows us to vet ideas, choose colors and design the final layout

When is the deposit/retainer due?

50% to hold the date and 50% due 7-days prior to event. $50 rush fee added if the event is within 14-days.

Is my deposit/retainer refundable?

Deposit/retainer is nonrefundable but can be used for a future event with the same design.

Will Your Day Designs Need Set up Time Prior to event?

Yes 1-2 Hour

What to do if display is scheduled to be outdoors and weather permits it from happening?

Outdoor Events: Sunshine, wind and other atmospheric conditions dramatically affect balloon decor. For all outdoor events, classic balloon decor, deliveries, cannot be guaranteed to withstand inclement weather. Customer should have a secondary plan to include an indoor location for deliveries. All sales final.
